Ecotherapy

Ecotherapy explores how our relationship with nature is an essential and therapeutic part of our humanity. It affirms that to be truly healthy and whole, we need to live with the conscious awareness that we are connected with all of life: the waters, lands, air and creatures.

Nature can be incorporated into the therapeutic process in various forms. It may be as simple as talking about how to connect to nature as an intentional healing practice. Outdoor sessions can be requested in which nature is invited as "co-therapist" by tuning into how the environment may be guiding you through its own wisdom. These session can be incorporated into an ongoing therapeutic process or scheduled as stand-alone sessions.
